Requiring a smaller “minimum” sale than other companies, we strive to make this process as convenient and cost-effective as possible.
What is a Mini Sale? It’s a 1 day sale to accommodate those estate liquidations that don’t qualify for a 2 day sale. Lower minimum required and available on short notice. Turned down by other companies? Let’s do this!

Need the residence to be completely cleaned out? Decluttering and just want to get rid of some of your “stuff”? (We don’t like to call it “junk”.)
We do ALL that! Even if you used another estate sale company and JUST need our clean-out services, we are happy to help.
Maybe the HOA doesn’t allow estate sales? That happens. TRS Estate Sales will do whatever it takes to make all that stuff GO AWAY!
Want to Do It Yourself? Don’t Know Where to Start?
If you prefer to handle the estate sale yourself but need some guidance, we can help you with that. For a flat fee (depending upon the complexity of the estate and the amount of time required), TRS Estate Sales can put you on the road to having your own sale. This is an excellent option for a family who has several people on hand to help. Word of Caution: Estate sales are very labor intensive.
